Eucharist

Holy CommunionThe Eucharist is “the source and summit of the Christian life.”…In brief, the Eucharist is the sum and summary of our faith: “Our way of thinking is attuned to the Eucharist, and the Eucharist in turn confirms our way of thinking. ~ Catechism of the Catholic Church

Requirements for the reception of 1st Eucharist (Communion)

  • Has already been baptized

  • Must have completed 2 years of Catechetical Instruction at our Parish or another

  • Must study the required prayers at home

  • Must have turned in a copy of the child’s baptismal certificate

Communion for the Home-bound

Please contact our Parish Office at (650) 755-9786, if you or a family member cannot attend Mass and would like to have the Eucharist brought to your home.
